Memphis Housing Resource Center (MHRC) was founded in 1995 with the goal of fostering new home ownership in the Memphis SMSA by helping low and moderate income individuals understand the complexities of buying and maintaining a home.

In addition to providing support to external clients, MHRC also serves those individuals seeking home ownership assistance from Community Development Programs offered by the City of Memphis Division of HCD.
